Liposuction is a minimally invasive procedure to remove excess fat from your body. Dr. Urbinelli will use a local anesthetic (numbing medicine) and/or conscious sedation or general anesthesia, depending on the extent/areas of your treatment.
After making a small incision (like the tip of a pen), he inserts a narrow tube (cannula) and gently moves it through the targeted area of fat. The cannula disrupts the fat cells, and then they’re suctioned out.

Face-Tite and Body-Tite are minimally invasive surgical technologies and techniques that Dr. Urbinelli can perform to tighten loose skin, reduce/eliminate stubborn areas of fat and improve the contour of the face/neck/jowls and the body (trunk, thighs, arms, hips).
These procedures are done with patented bipolar radiofrequency technology which creates a controlled thermal injury to the skin and underlying fat cells which stimulates shrinkage and contraction of the skin/fat.
The device is operated by Dr. Urbinelli under topical and local anesthesia (or under sedation/general anesthesia depending on other procedures being performed) in the office using a small incision in the skin (the size of the tip of a pen), to insert a narrow thin conducting probe tip and then methodically Dr. Urbinelli can selectively target the areas needed to be treated.
Treatment can be performed awake, in less than an hour, and postoperative compression garments are typically applied to encourage the shrinkage effect.
