Excellent experience! I am going through breast reconstruction right now due to a double mastectomy I had to have during summer. I was sent originally through my surgeon to a different plastic surgeon. However, after a few visits I decided she wasn't a good fit for me. I came to see Dr. Urbinelli and I knew right away that he was going to be my plastic surgeon from that moment on. From the very beginning he made me feel like I was going to be ok and he was going to give me the best outcome possible. He was kind, very knowledgeable and gave me options for my reconstruction that I didn't even know existed. Something that was very refreshing too was the kindness he treated me with. After you have gone through something so hard like a mastectomy, you need someone that will be positive and that will make you feel like you will be yourself again. He did that and he's gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best results and that I'm taken care of. You can tell that he loves what he does, that he really cares for his patients and that he has the skills and knowledge to give you the best results. When you have an appointment with him, he gives you his undivided attention. I am so glad I made the switch and he is now the one helping me through this process. I don't think of it as something stressful anymore but actually as something exciting to look forward to after a cancer diagnosis. Avary and Kalina work with him and they are also awesome. Very friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable right away and will work hard to accommodate appointments that will fit your schedule.

Was very pleased with the office, the staff, and my consultation with Dr. Urbinelli. All very professional. Dr. Urbinelli was thorough, informative, and very patient with all of my questions. Dr. Urbinelli is a phenomenal doctor! A few years back, we received a tough medical diagnosis. Dr. Urbinelli was there for our family every step of the way. We are parents that ask a lot of questions, and he was very available to address concerns, share information and answer questions. I genuinely feel the level of personalized care, and don’t know where else we could have found this. It truly felt (and still does) like he treated our daughter like one of his own. We had several procedures done with him, and each time was treated with precision, care, and excellence. We are really pleased cosmetically with both procedures. We would entrust him with any issues that need to be addressed down the line with our daughter. So blessed to have him as her doctor!

Dr. Urbinelli goes above and beyond with his patients. He never rushes me, he answers all my questions thoroughly, and genuinely cares for those he treats. So thankful for him and his staff!

Dr. Urbinelli is personable, easy to talk to, offers and explains all available options without any pressure to select one option over another. A no rush consult. He makes himself easily available to answer any future questions.

I went in for a consultation with Dr. U and he was extremely thorough and very respectful. He took so much time answering my questions and making me feel very comfortable about talking to him about my body and my goals. My previous experience the doctor spent a short time and was definitely not as thorough and made me feel like I was just another patient. Dr. U made me feel like family and like he actually cared about me and my health first and foremost. His assistant was equally as amazing she had such a bubbly personality and she was very professional. I will definitely be going with PNW to get my procedure done!
